Description: My friend, Manolkata, added Rainbow to offer a 3:3 with his scout set but Rainbow wanted to see how the set looks like so he asked Manolkata to trade it to him.When my friend gave him the items Rainbow deleted him and now refuses to give him his items back. I know the items are not worth that much but a scam is scam

I do reccomend trying to file a ticket to Steam Support would your friend still be wanting his items back.
