Cant appeal because of locked thread by retired admin

Ive been trying to get unbanned for years and have no luck because my thread is locked. Ive come into contact with 2 admins and this is what they have told me.

9:16 PM - goldie: my appeal is one that you looked at and were replying to

9:16 PM - goldie: since your retired i tried to make a new one
9:16 PM - goldie: and they say dont make knew appeals

but theres 565 pending cases how do i know ill ever get unbanned

Q: How long do I have after admins reply with questions on my appeal?
A: 14 days. If a admin checks after 14 days and there is no reply with the requested information, the appeal may be processed, or may be set archived or invalid. The appeal admin can allow for a re-appeal in such cases, but is not required to do so, and will be based on the appeal as it is. This would counts as a "loss of interest".

The admin who locked the appeal told me to make a new one and i did and it just got archived immediately

The admin is also retired i dont see any rules pertaining to that

I think you misunderstood what i quoted. The appeal admin can allow for a re-appeal in such cases. thats what im qouteing an admin told me to re appeal but every time i do i just get archived

im trying to get my case resolved and im trying to use the rules but its very hard to follow a rule book that the admin reviewing my case seems to ignore or follow when he feels like

id like to be able to discuss this over discord or steam if that okay
