Hello,

I have been tagged as an SR scammer recently
The person who reported me accused me of receiving the item in question and not paying him after.
The trade was involving a Paypal transaction.

And i think it's time that i share my side of the story.
So i added him to buy his Blizardy Storm Vintage Tyrolean
I asked him to go first because i didn't quiet trust him.
I told him it might be taking a bit like 2 hours for him recieve the money.
And after 2 hours he recieved and the trade was accomplished.
The reason i removed him and then blocked him is that he was spamming me and i warned him several times before taking action.

After a week he reports me to steam support and i got banned.
Then i see myself banned on steamrep.
I researched it, and i found his report.
The screenshots he presented of his Paypal account don't match with the email i recieved in chat.
I suspect him of having a second Paypal account.
The chat also caught my attention and i can assure you, those were not my words!
He most likely altered the chat with fotoshop or something like that (I am not an expert)
And after that, I accomplished other cash trades and i had no problem if this matters to you.
Im very upset with this situation because scamming has never been a goal for me.
I even wanted to be an SR admin someday but i guess that i can forget it.

If you have questions, i would love to answer them as i know i haven't been leading illegal actions
I will do all that is in my power to make the truth come out

Forgot to mention that he waited for me to not be able to chargeback anymore to report me to steam support

If you have any logs of the chat then you'll want to post them, you'll also probably want to provide a screenshot of your entire Paypal history from when you sent him the money until now to show that you payed him

My Previous Paypal account has been closed, i can't access the history anymore.
About the chat logs, i took several screenshots of the chat but after 2-3 days i deleted them. I had no reason to keep those as the transaction went good. I realise that was a mistake now.

Apparently, it's because of my trade ban and not because of the person accusing me.

So you closed your paypal.. Deleted screenshots. And sent the money to a different email address?

I'm sorry then but i'm afraid without evidence, SteamREP cannot unmark you . It seems like you could be lying about all of these things. It is very unlikely you would delete your paypal account.

As it appears, you are not even SteamREP scammer tagged...You are banned by valve. SteamREP is an independent non-profit organization, they cannot get you un-trade banned


But as it would appear you have scammed someone out of a blizz Tyrolean so expect a scammer tag coming soon.

I didn't scam anything to anyone.
And i couldn't appeal my trade ban because i didn't know he actualy reported me to steam so i will calmly wait until my trade ban finishes.
I posted here because he also reported me here.

And i didn't delete my Paypal i said it has been closed because of this!
Paypal closed it because he told them i used it to steel tf2 items.
Im not dumb enough to close my Paypal account dude.

Paypal and Steam are not affiliated in anyway.
They wouldn't close your Paypal because of that, or else most of the scammers who made 1k would not have that money.

I never said they were affiliated with steam, I said the guy who reported TO steam reported to Paypal.
After this they decided first to limit my account then to just close it.

Oh and FYI, my Paypal account was empty (I used all the money I had on it) when they decided to close it.
