    I don't have the chat on my laptop.

    I do however have it from my phone.

    Would it be possible for me to just type up the chat from my phone or is there a way to access the chat history on Steam on PC?

    Would you like me to type the chat history from my Steam App on mobile? I apologise for bumping this, its just that I am unable to screenshot it on my Samsung Phone, its an S3 Mini and I'm unable to do so on there.

    you should be able to make screenshots on an S3 mini, either press Home and Power buttons at the same time and hold, or Power + Vol down, you also have the option to use gestures which you can enable in settings.
