I gave him a scorching flames copper helm and 1 bud and he gave me the dubed n/b hot rod on march 12, 2012 at 11:00 pm you can check my steam profile to see when we traded, i also took a screen shot of my profile pic incase he decided to delete his rep that we did trade.

I only asked to be refunded and i would let him keep 3 keys as a token of my appreciation but he refused.

he just closed his tf2outpost sales few min ago... doesnt look good for him and he doesnt appear to be selling anything i guess he has a guilty consious..

hmm the picture doesnt show... well it was just a picture of him closing all his trades on tf2outpost. if you need the picture i saved it on my pc

I've looked over a lot of evidence for this case, and I can't find any evidence that the guy you bought it from knew conclusively that it was duped or that you specifically didn't want a duped item. Though, I do recommend you contact Steam support to get your item assigned a new ID number- this will then "reset" your hat and it won't be a "dupe" anymore. Since there's no conclusive evidence that a scam took place here, I am going to mark this as rejected. However, thank you for your diligence, patience, and this report. Feel free to post any other reports if you find something suspicious!
