I was just wondering if a person has been trade banned for scamming a persons item, can the person that scammed give the item back to get unbanned?
It sounds as if you are mixing up what SteamRep is here for. We are not able to trade ban anyone for starters - only Valve can do that. And they do not return items from successful trades. If the user is trade banned by Valve there is no giving back anything..they just can't trade. If they are tagged here it serves as a warning for those that check out that user via searching methods (google for example). No tag here can stop them from continuing to trade. If they wish to even have an appeal looked at for that tag and they successfully gained items from someone they scammed then they must pay that user or users back prior to the appeal even being reviewed. https://forums.steamrep.com/threads/appeal-tips.66354/ #9
I understand that if they are trade banned they can't return the item, but if the scammer returns an item equal as what he/she scammed is it possible to get unbanned? and what can a trade banned person do to get unbanned?
We here at SteamRep do not have anything to do with Valve Trade Banned status.. period. Understand? Also why are you posting in reports that are not yours? Please don't do that.

Correct. Only Valve employees can add or remove trade bans. SteamRep is a volunteer site and is not affiliated with Valve in any way. SteamRep volunteers cannot add or remove trade bans. MY relation to that account is: I saw him trying to sell the account on eBay, and I asked why he/she had a trade ban and then he/she proceeded to ask me for help with payment, so I offered to help.
