As of Oct 15 @ 8:58am I was phished and my account was hijacked, as well as in that time I submitted my support ticket to get my account back. As of Oct 15 @ 9:49pm, I am not back on my account and wiping away all traces of this phisher. If any specific evidence is needed, I will post when requested for it as I am not sure on what to upload exactly.​

I've provided the start and end to the support ticket, as well as several screencaps of me interacting with the scammer alongside the "bot" who phished my account as further proof alongside the list of the items that were stolen from me.

Fullscreen screenshots without any edits such as the blur on the the info I put in at the start. If there is anything more I need to provide then I will do so. As for the screenshots of the text logs between the phisher, all i've got are the in-focus pictures that are there now.

It's been about seven months since it happened so details are a bit hazy.

It started off on a morning when an acquaintance of mine asked for "help" in which explained to me that they "accidentally" reported me for item fraud. Me, being half-asleep and not clear of mind, foolishly followed their instructions which involved giving my steam authenticate code from my device, making me lose access to my account in which was the moment I realized I had gravely messed up. All access to the account was lost and I had lost numerous TF2 items (and nearly lost tons of Dota 2 items).

I lost access, freaked out, went to friends and they guided me on what to do including sending in a steam ticket. In which we soon noticed that my profile was being purged/turned into another phishing account that would ultimately attempt another scam that had happened to me. My account was constantly changing names in which it could be avoided for being banned until it was SteamRep banned. It took I think a day or so until Steam was able to lock out the account from the phisher and it was returned to me, albeit with my TF2 items stolen and my current reputation as banned on SteamRep here.

I had tried to appeal the ban over the course of a few days but since the last update all the way back from Oct. 16, 2018; i'd given up.

Since the time of getting my account back, nothing's changed. Still banned on SteamRep (which in turn has prohibited me from playing on select TF2 servers), and my items are gone.
