What happened? Description:

An impersonator got onto my friends list, and got a "steam moderator" to clean my item (an unusual with a scammer in it's past)'s history. The "steam moderator" in question talked me through a progress to clean it which eventually led to me having my items swindled into a burner account, and proceeded to block all communication. He scammed for items.​

Provide Evidence:

An impersonator who had been banned previously on steamrep.tf (Kostek impersonator, im sure you know hes banned on steamrep) Had contacted/added my friend and begun lecturing him on his item being "scammed" and other useless nonsense. He kept telling him about being banned for defrauding and the only way was to add a "steam admin" (dodong tams the f✿✿✿face scammer). My friend had believed it, and then went ahead and traded the items and then was blocked. He said "i have 13 years on steam im a verified mod" plus on his profile

He had blocked me when I confronted him about him scamming. Please read over this all and come to a conclusion. My friend is very upset that people like that exist.​

Let me explain the process
In this process an item database will send a PENDING OFFER and select your most traded and suspicious items to be checked. take note the database cant accept or decline offer since it was locked from trading function. Your items will stay in your inventory all the time. Database will only check its full transcript to process the result of your items
And I am going to remind you: If any of the traders will be proven guilty of having suspicious plans or has committed a serious misconduct, a penalty will be assessed due to irregularity and attempted fraud. Steam will track your ip address and ban you from the server itself; so don't do anything that is against the Steam Trading Policy to prevent any further issues on your account. Don't you dare take this as a joke, but note it as serious as possible.

After you have accepted the trade offer from the database, no items will be deleted or will be traded away from you. the database only need to take your items' full transcript to process the result of your items and for us to determine which items are from scam

The scammer DoDong Tams had made him delete the convo in terms of physical, but he saved the chat. Kosteks can be uploaded.

These are the screenshots from Kostek. Kostek recommended the "steam admin". They are accomplices

No no, Kostek was not the one who scammed him, It was DoDong who had scammed him. Kostek simply recommended DoDong to my friend, and then DoDong had scammed him. DoDong is the scammer/imposter of a steam admin.

Also it doesn't matter if it is replaced, the matter is getting him flagged currently so while he is still on that account people do not get tricked. DoDang falsely tried to be an admin, and scammed my friend.
