What happened? Description:

so to start with this guy adds me and offers me paypal for my 24 keys i said no so he offers steam wallet codes, i said no, then he said he can send the money through email, and i was interesting, he sent an invoice that clearly says "pay $60" to him, and then he said if i accept the trade for 24 keys (the deal was 24 keys for $60) he said the money would go through instantly​

It's a system made to protect artists from getting their work stolen, or market sellers from paying for something but not recieving it
