    I had a number of requests by the accused to donate to me via paypal for a total of $200 and was asked to provide my login information in order to do so, when I called his bluff he became aggressive and demanded items from me with the threat of hacking my account​

    You can report the user to Valve instead
    In order to do that, you have to:

    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT
