    Is possible to change steamrep policy and unban some person? Like person who want to scam few years ago but unsuccessfuly and no person was harmed. Or people who change their heart and have proof with that? For example me. I tried to scam few years ago but was for first time. I was banned and since then lost happened to my life and I totally changed.
