    and the discord one is of him basically taking my account and asking if I want it back​

    After a review of this appeal (and your other archived ones) you did not provide any acceptable evidence backing up your claim of being hijacked and recovering your account. That and not following up, I am declining to accept your appeal.
    Furthermore, giving out of account information, as it appears to be the case, does not excuse actions by your account.
