What happened? Description:

This guy contacted via instagram. We talked, he sent me his Cs Go rep thread of the steam group. Everything seemed ok. I had no rep so I went first, he accpected my trade offer and didn't sent me the money. Also blocked me on instagram and on steam.​

I will upload the screenshots of the conversation as well where I checked his rep, and proof that he accepted the offer but didn't send me the money as agreed.
