Invalid account hacked now marked for scammer

so a while ago i got hacked the hacker deleted my items and used my account for scamming now as proof the best if got is this:TF2 Outpost / KARİZMATİK this person is not only banned for being a hacker he also had the hat (the viking hat) that he scammed useing my account if you chec its history (by clicking on it) you can see
now i have my account back and for some reason steam support isnt going to help me whit that the simply replyed:Unfortunitly we will be unable to assist you further whit this issue.
after that i got trade banned for 2 weeks i didnt contact steam support and wated it out meanwhile i stoped playing tf2 for a month or so now im back bougt some keys i got myself new hats for my classes.
now if noticed that im marked for a scammer and that makes it hard to trade other players now i ask how i can reove this because i never scammed someone. i hope steamrep or the community can helpm me out.

So you're saying you recovered your account without the help of Support? How did you do that?

Appeals staff may be able to check your IP for trading sites and see if there was unauthorized access, but without a ticket then it's going to be pretty hard to prove that it wasn't you

not exactly i got my account back thanks to steam support but the dont gave me my deleted/stolen items back neither did the know that i didnt scam the person the hacker did. now im marked for scammer and looking for help
