Some background is needed for this report. I'm shokwaav, and I used to make tons of unusual screenshots for some people in this trading community. Some of you might have seen my screenshots around tf2outpost. Here's my steam group. Here's the screenshots I've done before. It's a service, so I expect to be paid, and most people paid me a key or two for each screenshot. I started doing them at the start of my summer holidays, but had to stop when my semester started. Occasionally I still get added by people who want screenshots, and I refer them to other people who do screenshots. Now on to the meat of the story.

I was added by blooder on Friday or Saturday (I'm not sure) to do a screenshot for his hat, a hearts batter. I was reluctant to do a screenshot for him, however, he was willing to pay a Bills for a screenshot, so I obliged. However I warned him that I wasn't sure when I could do his screenshot since I was busy during the weekend. He was fine with it, but he asked me again on Sunday so I found some time that afternoon to do his screenshot. I finished it that day, but he was offline, so on Monday, he pm'ed me about some advice on a trade, and I gave him a link to his screenshot. Unfortunately I don't have a pastebin of this chat, but I remember what it was like. He was visibly happy with his screenshot, but offered to pay in games, and not in bills. He offered to give me Super Meat Boy which I refused because I had it already, then he offered a DLC for Dungeon Defenders, which I also refused since I didn't have the game. I explained to him that I didn't trade for games unless I wanted to play them, which he accepted. I had to go out for dinner, so I stopped chatting with him.

When I came back, we had the following chat (see screenshots below). The summary of the chat is that he didn't think I would do the screenshot, so he decided to buy a hearts baker with his batter + 2 buds. Therefore, he didn't need the screenshot anymore, so he wasn't going to pay me. His argument was that since I didn't 'confirm' that I would do his screenshot, despite me telling him several times that 'I would do it later', that meant that the deal wasn't confirmed.

I told him that one of my 'clients' also sold his hat before I made his screenshot, yet he still paid me, but then blooder told me that he wasn't going to follow those rules. He also mentioned that he wouldn't use my screenshot(s) if I didn't agree.

Now here's the kicker, I told my friend "BUS" about this, and he posted on blooder's trade, asking for a screenshot. And guess what... blooder uses my screenshot, the screenshot he didn't pay me for.

I do know that this involves the transfer of services rather than items, but I still feel like this is a scam. Since he was quite willing to pay in the beginning, and that he was happy with the screenshot, it feels that he changed his mind and didn't want to pay me, despite me delivering his screenshot already. Moreover, he used the screenshot even though he didn't pay for it.

EDIT: I forgot to mention he has yet to buy the hearts baker boy for 2 buds + his hat.

I want to say something in my favour. Yes i wanted him to make me a screenshot of my hearts batters He told me he is busy and After sometime when i was not willing for him to make a screenshot he came to me and said i already did the shot The only small thing was He should have confirmed me that he is making me the screenshot and made a deal before doing it so When the deal was freaking not confirmed how can he call me a scammer Decide for yourself At first you wanted to have a deal and guy says he is busy and without confirming the deal he says the deal is already done you have to pay So i personally Dont think this is correct obligations on me if you want i can remove the Screenshot comment from my trade yes i agree it was my mistake i shouldnt have used it Furthermore If you want i can still pay you in games yet again i was not confirmed about the deal.

Another thing, I said i were going to give a bills for the screenshot and you said " I dont know if i will take this because i am busy and dont make screenshot for people nowadays" If i am lying please correct me shok. We were not even confirmed on our prices and if u had made a proper deal i would have definitely gone first on item because i see ur a very good tf2 photographer And popular as well. As per your profile description it contains that due to lectures and Universities you will not be able to do screenshots anymore and you seemed not impressed at all by the deal and was trying to avoid it. I changed my mind that i may sell my hat upgrade/downgrade watever But i bought another hat " orbit fire bonk boy" which made a great set with my hearts Batter helmet so I changed my mind again At last its my choice to sell my unusual or not. and the point that i used ur screenshot in the comment I am very sorry for it and in order to make it up i can still pay u in games. yet again i am not going to give you bills hat as the price was not confirmed and you didnt even talk to me before making the screen. The best i can do is give you the games Super meat boy + Half life episode 1 To make up for the shot i used in the comment
