Archived 76561198060731410(Benjy the Wenjy

Hey, this is my first scammer report.
Someone by the name of 'Benjy the wenjy' posted on my outpost trade saying he'd pay $90 via Paypal for my Strange Festive Scatter. It seemed like a reasonable offer so I added him to talk.
In chat, I felt he lacked the rep to go forward with the trade so I asked him if he'd be happy to use a middleman. He refused, claiming 'he'd been scammed by one before'. As I started to suspect him as a scammer, he retracted the offer claiming he didn't have enough money despite his trade claiming he had $1000 to spend.
