    First 3 attached screenshots show chat logs with the accused since the last time I posted screenshots.

    Last screenshot shows proof that I have sent an offer for the accused to trade the 10 arcanas back, which has not been accepted yet

    In short, the accused wants me to close this steamrep report before the accused returns and trades back the arcanas to me

    Return the items before I conclude report...there is no alternative to that.
    If what did happen the way you say it did then that shouldn't be a problem.

    Accepted his trade offer and return all of the arcanas. If he didn't add blank offer in the first place we wouldn't have all of this drama since I had no idea of the trade at all. Cheers.

    I was ALMOST going to just note a Caution tag for the situation till you both told me that the accused did not want to return the items till the report was closed..basically to save face rather than make things right that should have been done without any hesitation. That more or less tells me that the items wouldn't have been given back had the report been accepted but that shouldn't matter to someone that is honest and takes responsibility for the actions of their account.
    With regards to that I feel that since you do not have control of your account at all times and you are responsible for it you are responsible for any fallout for a situation like this.
    As I said I do not believe the "brother" did it excuse, was going to over look it but the return of the items was key and in a timely manner so with that I'm afraid I feel that you are a high risk to the community and I'm issuing a full tag. This is not to punish you but only to warn others that your account is not either under your full control or the event did happen as described and you were the one behind the keyboard. Either way you are responsible for your account - that is Valve's stance..that is ours.
    Do not PM me about it, it will not change the outcome - you can submit an appeal and have another Admin review the evidence that you supplied.
    I highly suggest if anything is different than what was noted here that you tell it in the appeal.
