    What happened? Description:
    This SteamID64 76561199012374695 is Impersonating steamID64 76561198019257028. He added me on steam after i commented on someone steam profile for buying tf2 keys.​

    Where is the impersonation to Defraud? The user never passed you a link that I can tell.
    What else do you have? Can you prove that the other account they link to on profile isn't theres?
