What happened? Description:

he added me randomly and told me he reported me forr illegal transactions by accident.
he told me i have to add a steam support worker to sort this out which is obviously fake.
after i mentioned that this is all fake he removed me from his friendslist

how often did this scam attempt work ?
first steam doesnt ban people just like that for 1 report
second steam admins or support doesnt interact with players over steam itself. they send out e-mails. especially they dont let people add them. EVEN IF they would interact over profiles they wouldnt wait for the other party to add them
also steam support and members, support members also have a unique steam badge to prove that they are legit
