This is NOT the first user you should be reporting - You basically reported the other user that was brought into the scam event. You must make sure from now on you report the FIRST user you were contacted by and who started the scam..you only need to reference any other accounts involved and describe HOW they were involved in the description by including the FULL SR profile block along with details of how they were involved.
Also include any and all FULL screenshots you have as evidence.

You should have reported this user first vs the other way around...always start with FIRST user.
how long have you known this user? This is a typical hijacking situation so I will wait to see what Valve does to the accounts prior to doing anything.

ok I'll review this soon - this is very typical from starting with a hijacked account so I will watch to see what valve does to the accounts in the coming days.

Archiving - accused was community banned by Valve from a likely hijcking situation and therefore no longer a threat.
Will let Valve handle it from here on out.
In the future if you see this just report them to Valve.
