What happened? Description:

I was scammed my TF2 items from this individual promising Paypal funds, when the transaction was supposed to go through it was apparently "pending" without a way to cancel. I have talked to individuals who have also traded with this individual for Paypal with the same problem which leads me to believe this is a scam.​

Provide Evidence:

for the loading, screenshot is because he deleted the file so it will not load.
This screenshots and chat log demonstrate that I was infact scammed by this individual claiming to give me pending funds. After trading I notice something very strange inwhich he had sold all my unusuals to trade bots which is very unusual given the price he offered which was 425$.​

Cannot cancel a pending paypal transaction.
I ordered an item from a website and the transaction has been pending for a long time. I want to cancel the payment, so i can order again. There cancel button doesnt appear under action and i dont want to to order another one then the pending transaction completes and i get 2.

if you read the paypal article it says that transactions that are pending without cancelation wil NOT be confirmed
meaning they will not go through and return to your account
I will make a deal for you
I will be asking for 100 keys pure, that is it.
I am giving you a massive deal
I have checked my unusuals since I have sold them to you and they all have been sold to bots
which just further makes me believe that you are trying to sell everything quick and run away
I have asked multiple people who have plus reped you and most of the accounts were for rep to rep
not for successful trade
Just to be clear all I am asking is for 100 keys pure
I have already held my side of the bargain it is time for u to hold yours
if you dont respond to this by friday or fail to fufil my offer or give me a counter offer I will have to report you
I have all the evidence I need to get you trade banned
But I really hope it does not come to that
Please get back to me as soon as possible
Adding on to that if you don't feel comfortable with the paypale pending charge you could always chargeback if it goes though so for me saying you don't trust me is not a valid excuse.

I am reporting for a second time with better evidence this time but to iterate what's happened again I will repeat. I was scammed my TF2 items from this individual promising Paypal funds, when the transaction was supposed to go through it was apparently "pending" without a way to cancel. I have talked to individuals who have also traded with this individual for Paypal with the same problem which leads me to believe this is a scam.​

Hey, guys, I understand you guys don't take discord screenshots so I have tried my best to get full screenshots of the logs, since the final chat so since he has blocked me and unfriended me. The amount in question was 425$ and he never delivered. Blurry Paypal pending screenshot is because gyazo link was deleted by the perpetrator. After reported him and talked to other guy who was scammed by him he blocked me.​
