    What happened? Description:
    He offered 110€ via Paypal for two skins, he's rank 100 so he wanted me to first give him the skins before he pays, as soon as I sent them, he went private and never paid.
    I do not know him, he asked for the trade.​

    Provide Evidence:
    As we can see, he promised 110€ and never paid.​
