What happened? Description:

I trusted this person to pay me cash with Zelle because they had an impeccable trust record. They decided to scam me and sacrifice their reputation to obtain my knife. I traded them my butterfly knife doppler and they blocked me and did not give me money back. We met because of a reddit post on r/globaloffensivetrade​

Provide Evidence:

Initial Agreement.png: The scammer (formerly named kemosabi) agreed to a trade of $575 for my knife via Zelle cash.

Broken Agreement.png: I traded the knife to the scammer and he didn't respond after saying "got it."

Thank you for replying. He never payed me the $575.00 we agreed on. I traded him my knife and he blocked me.

Oh and as for "how," he was a trusted trader with Zelle. It is a mobile app that can be used to transfer money. He was very reputable according to the CS:GO REP! Group on steam. I believe he has deleted his footprints there however.

It was my butterfly Knife doppler phase 3, it appears he has already sold it from his inventory. I just checked.

I apologize about the multi posting. I'll try to organize my thoughts.

Here are 2 uncropped screenshots of my mobile banking app (This has Zelle built into it). You can see in the left hand side, my Zelle email which correlates with the chat log. You can see on the top right hand side, the name of the accused which also correlates with the chat log. The time here is 7:23pm PDT if you care about the validation of the screenshots.

Apologies, I did crop the images together for the sake of redundancy. Here is the separated image of the right hand side. As far as proving my email is associated with my Wells Fargo bank (and Zelle), here are two different screenshots of the same email I received from Wells proving that I added the scammer as a recipient as well as verifying my email.
