What happened? Description:

I was in the middle of playing a match in TF2 when he added me. I accepted him, and then he attempted to shark me by asking for 1-2 keys for his normal frying pan. I was very much confused, but eventually I figured out that he meant a normal pan, and was serious about this. I refused to pay his price, and he deleted me instantly.
I have had no contact with the user in question before this incident. I have since blocked all contact with him. The trade was not completed, since I knew the trade would be unfair to me.​

Sorry if I have done anything wrong with this, I can work to have it fixed if I am told what to do; I've fortunately never had to report someone here before.​

He has only 200 hours in-game on TF2 and only 4 games on Steam. 3 of his games have been played for <1.5 hours. His account is no more than 3 months old.

I'm in no way certain, and I hope someone can check for me (I don't know how, sorry), but I think it is possible that he is an alternate account.
However, he has no banned friends, so I do still question this.

Different users have different prices. I do not believe it was sharking, most likely just has a high B/O

The commonly accepted price for this item is approximately one twenty-first of the lower bound of what he was asking. The fact that he added me, and offered it to me in the hope of my ignorance of the current price, simply proves that he was sharking.

This report was about nothing more than a high expectation from the seller. He did not attempt to convince me that this price was correct, and did not attempt to coerce me into buying it. I kindly ask that this report be closed since it gives undeserved negative reputation to the user in question; this report is invalid since there was no shark attempt.

but however i do know that there's a scammer how did you know this you might ask me, well because she told me that she scammed someone's bills hat but since i don't have any evidence you might not believe me
