    Due to your above initial statement, I cannot grant/otherwise consider the appeal at this time as its reasonable to think accounts are shared.
    Due to time the appeal has been pending without proper followup from SR, it would be highly prejudicial to deny for failure to followup at this point.
    The best course of action in this specific case, based on the above facts, is to Archive this appeal and allow you to submit a new appeal. When you do, it will be expedited.
