    Hi,

I've been scammed 31 USD recently.
A player added me on Steam and asks if I want to purchase any games, and after we talked for a while, I agreed to purchase 4 games (he send it as a gift), in exchange I will give him CSGO skins.
He goes first and it was quite smooth and I didn't feel anything was wrong.
After the trade, I continue on with my day and didn't check Steam. Now after a few hours, I got account notification saying the games I've received have been refunded.

The player has blocked me and I didn't take the screenshots of the conversation and now unable to find the conversation.

Kindly offer advice and your help.
Can I contact Steam Support to possibly get my skin or the games back?
Is there a way to view the conversation with users that have blocked me?

    Thank you.

Based on what you stated you no longer have the steam chat available to take screenshots of and without that we will not review the report here.
See these links below for what we review/require/and what is reportable/not reportable here.

Please do not submit if you do not have proper/complete evidence. I'm afraid there isn't much more we can do here knowing that.

You can report the user to Valve using the information I'm presenting below:
In order to do that, you have to:
    1. Visit the accuseds profile
    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT

Click here to view an animated gif that shows how to report a violation.

Lastly as for Valve support returning items - https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=9958-MJDG-3003
As of around sometime mid 2015 they no longer do this per the information listed above.

    Thank you as well.

Yeah, that kinda sucks. The only screenshot I have was only two and this was taken to recommend him to my friends because he goes first. I was too dumb.
    Here are the screenshots:

And Steam Support has replied and acknowledged that the gifts were revoked because the payment was disputed. But they cannot restore the game nor return the skins.

    This is really sad.

You can attempt to view chatlogs by going to steam support > my account > data related to my account > friend chat messages

To clarify what was suggested - Get Friend message logs are only acceptable with the original RAW steam chat screenshots.
    https://forums.steamrep.com/threads/report-submission-fundamentals.169802/
Lastly with regards to revoked gifts - we do not review these reports any longer due to policy.
    https://forums.steamrep.com/threads/steamrep-investigative-policy.140101/
    1. Revoked gifts: We will not handle cases involving revoked gifts over Steam as it is impossible to prove who revoked it and if selling it to get it revoked again was intentional.

I already covered this in the reply earlier - just please take a moment and read the links I provided.
    Thanks!
