Let's let the dust settle before any banning goes on. I also traded with him, but I have yet to receive a charge back. He PM'd me asking if it happened to me in order to repay me if it did. In his rep thread, he admits that his bank did randomly charge back some people. Looks to be an error with his bank. Give it some time and see if he actually does repay those that he owes.
