    Report Type: [Money] PayPal scam or scam attempt
    Virtual item type involved: [TF2] Team Fortress 2 Items

    Victim profile: 76561198087806226

    What happened? Description:
    Player scammed was random added and was asked if they were selling their items, at that time the scammer asked if the player scammed would take cash to which they agreed. After the trades were done and the items given the scammer blocked the other and did not pay for the items.​

    Lastly the victim apparently took the conversation to discord thus losing the formal agreement so no need for them to try to resubmit it would be Declined either way.
