    Appeal description:
    Hello,
    I was recently banned from steamrep because of a report on my profile of me scamming someone named rocraft. I admit I did scam him and I'm sorry for that. I paid him back completely, and he even posted screenshots of me paying him back on the original report. I don't exactly know steamrep's policy about scam victims saying they don't press charges, but I will never do it again and I paid back the person I scammed. Rocraft is now on my friends list and we have played several games together, I completely paid him back and he has said multiple times that he has forgiven me. You can talk to him at any time and he will tell you the same thing.

    But I know that I did in fact scam him a while ago. If I have no chance at getting unbanned I understand completely.

    About the fake evidence on the report: I was banned after someone with the username sunrise posted on the report "this user also tried to scam me with this method." He actually commented that after I declined a trade he proposed on steam. I never tried to scam him. I'm up to see any proof he may have, but I know he has none.

    Once a victim posts, too late since repayment is a requirement anyhow for an appeal to be even considered. Sometimes users work it out prior to the case being processed by staff and they decide if its still worth tagging or not. Most of the time tho, a scammer makes repayment conditional of removal of a report, that's why we do not allow victims to cancel reports like that and REQUIRE banned users to provide the chat they have with the victim about repayment. So it means absolutely nothing by the time it reaches an appeal.
