    How he got scammed:

    he wanted a bayonet fade so he decided to send a steam offer

    no email confirmation

    apperantly the bayonet fade didnt appear in the trade after he sent the trade offer the guy accepted without saying anything technically this is a scam

    we told his friend it would be great if we could get the items back
