no, that's not what i meant. I did not report this guy in the past what i meant earlier is that i know how steam rep works because i search it. and this is a new account. my old account i already forget about it. this is my new account and i bought skins and when i try to trade this guy trying to steal me.

I don't really get you i already provide the evidences that you need. What i said earlier is that ive experience reporting on steam rep before not that i reported this in the past.
