I do not have or use any alternative accounts. The account listed as an alternative account on my steamrep is my brothers. I believe my account was flagged due to us living on the same IP.​

Appeal description:

Chunky Milk 420 is my brothers account. We used to play tf2 together in 2014-2015, when I was 11 years old and he was 13. We traded back and forth some pretty basic items a fairly large amount but activity stopped by October 2015. in 2018, I gave him back a large amount of items (mostly weapons, as well as a strange enforcer and a night owl sniper rifle). Our last trade was November 12, 2018. Since then I have returned to tf2 every now and then to play, usually picking up some cosmetics to style with. Today is one of those times, and I was attempting to buy a taunt for engineer from Marketplace.tf to find that I couldn't checkout my items. I sent in a ticket and got this in response. I had also had some trade bots not let me buy items as I was apparently trade banned. I really didn't know that this website was even a thing, but unfortunately I do now.

I don't think my brother plays tf2 currently, but his friend (lets call him J) does, a lot.

J's account is https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198099658197. Looking over the ban report thread, it looks like J and my brother attempted to scam someone for their keys, using my brothers account to impersonate the victims friend. I am very surprised my brother would be willing to do something like this, but here we are. I've talked with him since and he admitted it was true, and is willing to help me not suffer the punishments of his actions.

I dont know exactly why I am banned, but the first thought is that I was flagged for having the same IP as him. My account was not used in any way for the scam, so its the only idea I have for why I was banned.

I'm not sure what the best evidence to prove my innocence in a case like this is, so I'm willing to provide what I can. Please tell me what I can do to prove my case.​
