    What happened? Description:
    He photoshopped the image to look like he has it without a trade ban. he said he got money in bit skins so he could buy them and then trade.​

    You can't just report someone assuming they are going to do something you think is bad.
    You provided no proof of any photoshop image either. You can either accept the deal or not and walk away which is clearly what they did.
