    What happened? Description:
    One-way trade initiated resulting in the following In-Game Items being traded to another steam account;

    To whom it may concern,

    I am raising this Steam Support request based on an incident that occurred on Thursday, 19 November 2015. Being a long-standing Steam customer for almost a decade, I can say that I've never felt so violated and kindly request for the In-Game Items be returned after the matter is investigated.

    I was contacted by steam user 'K S U' at 11:46pm. The user sent a link at 12:02am and resulted in a program being downloaded and executed, causing Steam and CS:GO to simultaneously exit. As this was not expected, I did not attempt to login again as I was worried that my account details would be compromised. I called a friend who soon thereafter assisted me with checking my Steam profile and confirming that several In-Game Items had gone missing.

    I feel it is also important to note that I have since reformatted my PC to prevent any further issues.

    Unfortunately your report cannot be processed further because the screenshots are cropped which is against our policy.
    Furthermore, you are missing any evidence of conversation, how you were told about the program etc.

    You can report the user to Valve instead
    In order to do that, you have to:
    1. Visit the accuseds profile
    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT

    With that in mind, there isn't enough evidence to prove the accused is guilty of wrongdoing.
