    What happened? Description:
    Tries to trade items with false items, Says he is trading Crown Foil for other items and when looked the trades it is just a :csgo_cown: emote.​

    Sorry you provided absolutely ZERO acceptable evidence of any scam here, no chat/agreement noted thru steam chat screenshots as required.
    Basically you can't just report someone for sending an offer even if you don't like the value - that isn't how it works. Accept it or don't that is entirely up to you but SR doesn't get involved in pricing/value disputes either. No chat here to show the user was trying to do anything of any wrong doing.
