Invalid Report: 76561199171997673 - ([TF2] Team Fortress 2 Items)

    Report Type: [Gambling] Fake gambling website
    Virtual item type involved: [TF2] Team Fortress 2 Items

    Accused profile: 76561199171997673

    Victim profile: 76561198507876338

    What happened? Description:
    I sometimes use gambling on websites.
    oneday Ccer is add me and say me, tf2reaper site is good.
    So I go to the site and participate in gambling.
    I got a lot of money for $3000, but I can't withdraw my item when i got I'm gambling.
    The manager says I can get $3000 if I raise the level of 10.
    So I'm gambling more and more.
    But no matter how much I try it, it's less than 10 levels.
    So, after googling, is this site a scam?
    I got hit by it. The tf2reaper site is a fraudulent site and found a transaction account.
    Look at my screenshot and read it.
    I bet Pumkinmoon unusual hat for gambling, viktoriya is a gambling bot, and next is...
    Hoks is a transaction account or administrator. He's selling hats to trade bots and I see bots selling my hats.

    So, I reported him on Steam and now I'm reporting him here.​

    Unfortunately, SteamRep no longer as of 5/18/2019 reviews or accept reports dealing with any Fake Gambling site or scam sites - Due to current Investigative Policy

    This includes anything random sites that a user gives you for a chance to win anything. Gambling sites are against Steam TOS also therefore you should avoid these users, delete them, report them to Valve instead as noted below.
    This was clearly noted to you BEFORE You sent to submit the report - please do not ignore our policies/notifications that are there to read before submission.

    You can report the user to Valve instead
    In order to do that, you have to:
    1. Visit the accuseds profile
    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT
