We don't review such cropped screenshots - FULL screenshot of the entire offer please
Also the 2nd report you've made like this - the other was a year ago for a similar item/reason - why do you think you would be affected by this once again?

Last time, reason for rejection was some bull like he was actually offering the emote and wasnt pretending it was a crown, he has literally said in the offer that it's a crown this time as well as listing a price for the crown, not the emote in the offer.

That isn't full screen and not of the offer you showed already
    https://forums.steamrep.com/attachments/screenshot_15-png.796985/

Just take a full screenshot of the normal offer saved in steam client - make sure client URL is enabled.

But again - if this is something similar to the last report why is it that you are getting just these types of attempts vs any others? What are you doing to attract this vs some other type of trade?

Well our goal here is education - not punishment. So even if I accept the report I'm trying to help understand why you are being approached so much for this one particular situation/scam attempt etc... That could be it cause you are posting collecting those things which is exactly why I'm asking. You may want to look at not advertising in certain places if you think that is where those users frequent. We want you to avoid these situations and not have to run to here to make a report, tell valve or anything...safe trading is our goal and you can avoid bad situations then great.

Ok so to the screenshot - the front box or live offer section I don't need that covering up the offer screen in the back there- or showing your steam client.
You need to turn on steam client URL make sure thats enabled and take the full screenshot once again. Make sure task bar is showing if you are on windows..I want the WHOLE screen as in to see. When you do this hover your mouse pointer over the ITEM so it shows up the popup description of it.
THEN take one more of the exact same offer screen this time log inn thru a web browser, hover your mouse pointer over the users name so it shows up their STEAM URL at the bottom of the screen.
Use our screenshot guide for assistance since I don't think you've looked that over yet. It explains how to take proper screenshots prior to making a report here.
