What happened? Description:

This a sofisticated way to scam, he is a developer of a game (that he renames as needed) and agrees to use any payment method, but then at some point he says "there is a problem with it", so he looks trustworthy. He also had 9 positive feedbacks, 0 negative, no reports on SteamRep.
He sold me Rocket League cheap for TF2 keys, this after attempting to use PayPal with "goods or services" option that he had to refund because his PayPal account was "limited" and he couldn't use the money. Anyway the game resulted to be an unreleased/banned game called Rocket League but having the logo of https://steamdb.info/app/2219650/info/ Deserted Island as you can see in the attached screenshot, in fact on steamdb the logo and hero background you can see in "information" library_assets are from Rocket League as you can see on the other attached screenshot, he must be the developer of that game and he gave me some alpha or beta key which doesn't provide the final game, since I don't own Deserted Island (and the scammer does, in his 22 games total).

I think he should be reported to Steam as he is a developer abusing his position on the platform to scam people...​

Proof that you verified the identity of the person​

To save his game, he later offered me a refund of the keys, this way he will look like he was trading a game with a famous name to collectors, but it's just a Beta with parent App "Deserted Island", as suspected. He said he got more requests from "collectors" about this "game", so he was happy of this. I will simply report it to Valve via email and other means if necessary. He is scared now and asked me to don't do it.
