    What happened? Description:
    Thru DotagiftX I contacted the above user. He accepted the friend request. He stated that I pay via Paypal for the Queen of Pain Bloodfeather Finery set to reserve it and after 30 days he will send it. I sent the money, waited the alloted time and reached out he said he'd check to see if the amount of time passed. Then next day he unfriended and blocked all communication. I didn't know that steam chat expires after 15 days so the 1st half of the conversation is missing, otherwise I'd have documented that too.​

    Provide Evidence:
    I included the screenshots I have that dhow he was friended and then That i was blocked. The paypal is based on the email he gave me.​
