Appeal description:

I looked at the report and honestly, it is so long ago I can't even begin to explain. I never recall having ever scammed anyone in my life especially not on STEAM. I'm just trying to cash out my CSGO skins on CS.MONEY but I can't because of my steam rep. Maybe that was somebody impersonating me, I have no idea. All I know is I have never ever scammed anyone, you can look at my trade history I have never received any Items from anyone and have done all my trades using legit websites like OPskins and CS.money. I don't even use STEAM or play CSGO anymore, only occasionally open STEAM to play RUST. I just want to cashout the skins that I have had and paid for with my own money since I was young.​

I'm not trying to make excuses, the thing was so long ago I have no idea what happened so I was just thinking of some plausible reasons. But I know for a fact that I have never scammed anyone for any skins in my life. I even looked at the report the guy didn't even get scammed he just didn't want to show his skins were tradeable by sharing his screen and the person (apparently the person, reportedly me in this case, wanted to verify). I used to do a lot of skin trading on OPskins back then looking for skins with rare patterns etc. I honestly don't know the situation of what happened since it was like 6+ years ago, but I know for a fact I have never been scammed and will never scam. I'm just trying to do some trading and sell my csgo skins on cs.money but I can't because of my steamrep.

Okay, here’s my side then. Based off the report he sent, he never actually got scammed, he just got suspicious and then didn’t want to trade anymore. I wanted to see if his skins were tradable on op skins and back then a lot of people would just fake a screenshot so I wanted him to share screen to prove it. There was never any trade transaction as he didn’t want to. I never asked him to send anything first or use any sketchy websites just purely show his skins on Skype. For this I don’t think it warrants a ban. I swear I am not a scammer and will never scam. I really wholeheartedly just want to use legit websites to trade and sell skins.

I can't remember this exact interaction. But I do remember asking people to skype to do proper trades as that was the best way to tell if people were genuine and then I could also get them to show how much their exact skins were worth on legit sites like opskins or csmoney to make sure I can earn some money. I swear I never scammed this guy and have never scammed anyone of their skins.

This was all a long time ago, I don't even trade anymore. I've given up on csgo and the whole skins market. I'm truly just trying to sell my skins. On my life I have never scammed and will never scam anyone of their skins.

okay, I'll be clear. I used to trade a lot and I was always looking to make a little money on my trades. Yes, I don't remember this EXACT interaction, but I am not denying it being me as what he showed is something I often did and he is claiming it to be me (so let's just assume it is me). Just based on the evidence he provided I don't think I should be banned. I had no intent on scamming him, I wanted to see how much money can be made with his skins before I traded, and so I wanted him to share his screen and show me what legit websites estimated them at. This is something I often did because I usually ended up using OPskins or CS.money to trade and sell so I would want to see how much they valued it (for stuff I couldn't guess myself like rare float or pattern). He didn't want to do this because he found it suspicious so no trade was made as he told in his report. And now I am banned because he found it suspicious. The whole time it was clear that we were going to trade over steam so there was no room for scamming there. And as for him wanting skins from another account, my friends and I all were traders back then and I made trades for my friends as well. I never scammed him as you can see from the report. And there was no intent to scam, I simply wanted to take extra steps to make sure I could make a profit. And for this, I don't think I should be banned just because someone found my way of trading suspicious. Like I said I was an active trader for many years and have never scammed and never will scam. I don't know what else you want from me, there is no evidence of my innocence just as there is no evidence that I am guilty. I am banned purely based on this guy's suspicion.

This is the best evidence I could find to back up my side. 1 shows that I have been an active trader on cs.money. And the 2nd shows that I usually try to get things with rare floats or patterns to make money (and cs.money always estimates the premium on it).

Given the time period when the interaction happened, back then it was OPskins that most people were using. But OPskins shut down their csgo operations so I can only show you what I mean on cs.money.

Bro what? I literally just told you my side of the story, and cleared what he thought was "suspicious". He thought it was suspicious I wanted him to share his screen on opskins and do our trade over call. I now gave you the reasoning for why I would do that in the past. What more do you want? So you ban people based purely on suspicion even when they explain what their intent was and how it wasn't actually anything malicious? Can I speak to someone else? Your not even trying to appeal this ban.

The facts are that the intent was always to do the trade over steam based on the evidence provided. And I gave you reasonings for all the things that he found suspicious. What more do you want?
