After a review, I am declining to consider the appeal. With the amount of trading you've done before the offense (so indicated by your screenshots and other information I have of you even trading/knowing about trading a year+ back), Its very unlikely you did not know what you were doing as you claim. In short, your story strains credulity. As the nature of your offense is a textbook steam wallet scam, I see no error in your tagging, and there is otherwise insufficient evidence to overturn the original admins decision, I am declining to consider the appeal. Appeal is thus Rejected.
