    What happened? Description:
    Trying to impersonate another person while I was trying to sell keys. I received a steam invite from someone with a different steam level and profile description and stated that they were sorry for the delay and trying to get me to send keys while I send them the paypal.me link to send the money.​

    I see no scam here - the user asked you for trading you discussed things and you stopped responding..that is something you can clearly do but if you don't wish to trade with someone say no thank you and move on.
    I see nothing with impersonation showing clear fraud attempt at all in those chat logs.
    Nothing here you provided shows this user being guilty of any wrong doing.
