Below messages is what I have recently sent to Steam Support

At about 2 a.m (GMT +7) 06/12/2012, when I was playing Dota 2, one notification about the event "free Hook" appear on the left side of my screen. I clicked on it and fill in my account information (ID and password) then I automatically disconnected from Steam. After that, I can't log in my steam account due to wrong password. Then, I received an email from steam:

"Dear kaora198x,

This email message confirms that your Steam account contact email address has been successfully changed.
We are sending this notice to ensure the privacy and security of your Steam account. If you authorized this change, no further action is necessary. If you did not authorize this change, or if you need additional help with your account, please follow this link to the Steam Support site and submit a request for assistance:

My email and password has been changed. All my inventory is now gone.

C2, Sorry to hear about your account being hijacked. I suggest that you follow everything valve says, ie changing your passwords for both your steam account and email. If you dont have steam guard activated, please do. Also I suggest reading up on how to avoid being phished/scammed.

If you could log in to SR through Steam it would make your report that much better. You'll find the log in button in the top right of the page.

The Steam ticket photo that starts with "Lost account" has information not blocked out (but you shouldn't be using that old pw anyway).

Thank you for your report. If you could also include the message stating that valve has unlocked your account/restored your items/giving your access back, we can move this report along.

I took back my account back my account due to steam support. That's why I can took "Inventory History" photos and know who traded all my items. Here is the last messages which confirmed that my account has been hijacked from valve

I have reset the account password and sent the new login information in a separate e-mail. If you do not receive the e-mail and you are running a Spam filter, check and make sure the e-mail is not being filtered as spam.

Now thanks to Steam Support Team, I take control of my account again. I'm just reporting to help people avoid this trick of hackers.
