    Hey There.
    I Scammed someone Sep 27 2012.

    Its 11 Years ago, i was a Stupid little Kid, & im so Sorry about that.
    Im 24 now, & never Scammed again after that one accident.
    im willing to Pay him back, hes allready on my Steam Friendlist again, but hes Offline since 134 Days.
    I dont know if he has a New Account or Something, so i would need Help to find him to pay him back.
    Sorry for the Bad English in this Thread, me english no good.
    Anyways, thanks for Reading & im happy about every Reply or Help to find the Dude , who i scammed.​

    After a review, and consideration including talking to other SR admin, I will be unable to consider the appeal.

    You admitted to the offense and explicitly mention the report against you.
    Its been almost 2 months and you still have not provided any proof of repayment, per Steamrep policy. The victim may have been offline for 130 days, but that is not an excuse for you failing to repay since you've had over a DECADE to do that, and THE USER IS ONLINE RIGHT NOW

    As such, this appeal is thus Rejected for failing to repay and failing to follow up. You should still repay the user IMMEDIATELY since it's the right thing to do.
