Can you provide the screenshot showing them suggesting the offer where it includes the URL to where that item goes? If you can not then we can not review this since the user never once specified the item condition. That link if it goes to the one and the trade offer to another yes but as of now it just shows up the default steam image which is a setting in the chat settings. You will need to go change that and retake the full screenshot of the chat.

It will do , typically get friend messages logs are not acceptable and you can see why with how the messages are laid out for a minute vs in order.
I'll need a screenshot of the trade offer thru steam client - hover over the item so the description box shows up make sure client URL is enabled
Do another thru a web browser logged in, hover this time the mouse pointer over users name so it shows up their steam URL at the bottom.
Both images FULL screenshots do not edit in anyway.

ALL evidence must be hosted to the report not discord - also don't embed it just upload it and respond so it doesn't fill the entire screen like that one did.
The offer may have expired but you can still view expired offers. Try again I need BOTH images as requested from PC.
