    What happened? Description:
    I was playing a game and I met a friend who wanted me to help him sell Steam items, so we exchanged them through this admin, but he confiscated my items and demanded a lot of money from me. He promised to return it all to me, but he didn't.I just want to know he is really Clive. He may even impersonate.​

    No that isn't the real Clive - Who is this other person/Friend? ID 64 of that user please? Where are those chat lots with that person?
    This sounds like a fake middleman scam - will tag the fake Clive account anyway but would like more information if you have it.

    He wanted to sell his items through me instead of on the Steam Marketplace, so we were going to trade, but he said he found a Steam rep service and asked me to add an admin. so I sent the inventory to the administrator, and the rest was reported, but during this period I did not send any items or amounts to this friend.

    This one (76561198093855622) want to sell me his belongings, so he wants to exchange them for all his belongings with me. This one (76561199268544486) is the asked me to add admins. and me (76561198990646576) is the victim.The administrator(76561199268544486) has been using a permanent ban on our transactions to coerce me(76561198990646576) into paying him again and again, but I have not sent items or amounts directly to my trading partner(76561199268544486) during this time.All transactions are made on steam, and he(76561199268544486) asked me to buy them from the BUFF market and send them to him. He said that it was a way to prove that my stuff was legitimate.

    Ok accepting report as is on grounds of impersonation - I can't find any evidence of the other user involved at any point that you provided.
