    Description:
He told me that he hate TF2 so much and will leave forever. As a result he was going to give me all the stuff. I hate myself being too stupid because as a kindness I said I will give him a copy of Dota 2 as a gift to him too. What the story was going on are all shown in the conversation. There are many grammar mistakes cause English is not my main language. So please forgive me about that.

He is an already marked scammer on AF2. An admin will review this case shortly.

ehm, he promised to give those items for free. When he didn't you threaten him to report him. While he may have said to give you items for free, cancelation of trade may happen. As far as I see the conversation, there happened no trade. You offered him a copy of Dota 2 as a gift back to him.

The only issue I may see is the item deletions by yourself. As I dont see a quantity been deleted, and what kind of items I can only assume you did delete weapons/crates and other very low worth items. Deletion of weapons isn't making sense imo, for you can craft those into metal, if these where untradable/uncraftable, those where worthless anyway. And if deemed worth something, you could have parked them on a alt, or ask a good friend to "hold" them for you.

I have no other option then to decline this report, based on that any party can walk out of a deal as long as nothing has been transferred. I do find it not really "spoken for" you, by threatening with a report.
