Description: So i unboxed an unusual on Halloween which was a Napper Respite with 13th Stormy effect (ItemID: 1205142618) I decided after seeing stories trading hats for money, and started looking for the best places to advertise this. TF2Outpost.com was my choice and I put my trade up and forgot about it. 1 day later somebody called "Nero" added me and we had the conversation which is in the pictures. As this is my first time trading anything for money im shocked and confused about what to do about, after asking a few friends they redirected me to this website. As I was writing this, I contacted one of his friends and told him about the situation, a picture can be found here: http://i.imgur.com/EtWqB.png He got in contact with Nero and asked him the question: "Unblock me and add me before I report you to Steam rep and Steam support" his response to this was changing his name and making his profile private. Please help me, I don't know what to do.
