Marked the account as hijacked.

This is getting sickening, yet once and for all it proves there is an issue with Steam Guard and security.

My Gmail account is secured, shows no false log ins, or requests from 2 Step to log in. Somehow, though, without even needing my Gmail account, the hackers managed to change my account's email and password.

There are no way bypassing steam guard, + To do it they need your steam account password, and how the hell they can get it? Not read from sky's. The fault is in your side. + 2Step Vertification has a bug, which i will not publish here.

As far as I'm aware they're not keyloggers or hacking steam; when Mattie was hit he had absolutely everything put in place to try and prevent it, yet it still happened. He contacted steam support to find out how, and some user supplied support with information about Mattie that led to support changing the email to the account and thus letting the hijacker in.

I've considered the fact it could be a keylogger. Since then, I've done everything in my power to prevent another one.

I used DBan on my hard drive and completely installed a new OS. Since then, I've used this computer for Steam and only Steam purposes. I don't see how I would of gotten another keylogger.

Considering the drastic measurements that you have taken, i don't see how you got hijacked the second time unless you have provided steam related personal information to someone else that you either didn't realize or probably forgotten. In other words, you might be a victim of social engineering. Correct me if i'm wrong.

Social engineering? No, I don't see how I would of been. I don't share account information with anyone.

Plus, the only places where I would even input my Steam ID and password is through Steam log in and to actually launch Steam.

And i bet you didnt knew that USB Stick can be easly infected with virus too, and it will be auto runed, when you plug it somewhere, like in your another pc. And its not the only one way, there are many spreading methods for viruses.

Or you just dupe your hats, or post a screen with your gmail last login acces, and check if theres no log in from your ip at time you didnt logged in.

Yeah ,and social engineering is easlly done, when hacker has your email you always use in item trading, then he can find you in social sites, and use that info to claim its his acc.

I formatted all my USBs in FAT32, should of cleared them completely. The only USB I have not formatted is my work USB that holds all my digital journals from my accounting.

That is an USB I never use on my gaming PC, either. Solely for my work computer.

As for social engineering, it is a possibility. Yet, I used an email solely for Steam and only for Steam in case I ever got hacked again, I would only lose Steam related documentation. I don't see how they could social engineer it to the various boards I'm on as I use a different email.

That russian uses his own method, and i bet hes looking here and laughing his aes off.

I can not guarantee, but i think you will get hacked one more time, after you will get ur items back..

It's easy to trace the trading history. Moving it to another account would leave a history anyone could follow.

As for the hack, Steam Support did say they would look into it last time.

How you mean look into it last time? So you can be hacked last time, to get ur unus back? Well damn place your items to another acc private, that noone knows... If he wont get in ur acc he wont see. And post screen of support ticket pls.

Before I continue, I'd like to ask you a simple question. Where exactly was your proof when you said Wenj hacked me alongside Rayzzzor.

Can you provide documentation?
