I'd settle for Valve just adding a compulsory comprehensive RWT tutorial before you are allowed to trade. Even if a person never intends to sell for real currency, at least they have a lower chance of getting scammed.
    But, that's 9,000 down!

Yes, that really is the main problem. Someone who is new doesn't know about SR, ways of scamming, ...
They are the ones getting scammed, so I agree with a decent tutorial on how to trade, what not to do etc... BEFORE you even make your first trade.
But yea, on the other hand, Valve has a good trading system, it's not up to them to teach anyone to trade trough Paypal, trade game codes etc...
  7. Lol pokemon referance.

On any forum where there are multiple posts in a particular thread, any subsequent posts in a particular thread, causes that thread to move to the top of the list. So a "bump" is simply a post which refreshes a thread and makes it list at the very start of a thread area.

Some Fora have rules to stop people from "bumping" their own threads too often for example.

The scammer #9001 should get an award on his SR page for like "being the first one over 9000" hahah

It would be better if the scammer's avatar was from DragonBall-Z.

There is no way to know who was #9001 now anymore.

On bumping, if the topic is too old, we'd close it prolly.
